We are no longer able to take banquet options requests. We have ordered chicken for all those who did not fill out the form. We apologize for the inconvenience.
For the banquet there is a choice of: (i) Herb Crusted Breast of Chicken; (ii) Porcini-Braised Boneless Short Rib or (iii) Du Puy Lentil Pilaf, Chickpea and Sweet Potato Curry (vegan, gluten, and nut free).
Please indicate your preference below, as well as whether you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Saturday Oct. 6:
The academic part of the conference ends at 1 pm. Boxed lunches can be provides for those who are interested, however, we request that you register by August 20th so that we know how many to order and avoid waste.
In addition, we would like to invite you for a 2-hr. tour of public art and sculptures in downtown Toronto. The tour will involve a guided walk of approximately 2.5 km. We would meet at 1:45 pm by the entrance to city hall at Nathan Philips Square, 1 minute walk from the Marriott. Participating in the tour is CAD $35. We will collect this at the conference, but would like you to register below so that we can work with the tour guide and plan for numbers.
